How to send your machine for repair

1) Prepare the shipment
Place your machine securely inside a box. Please include €35 in cash inside the package to cover the return shipping.
Also add a note with your full name and Instagram account.

2) Ship the machine using your local post service to:

3) IMPORTANT – Complete the repair form
Once you have shipped your machine, it is essential that you complete the repair form below.
Without this information, we cannot correctly identify or track your machine, and it may get mixed up with others or experience delays in the repair process.

If your warranty has expired (after 3 years), please include €90 with your machine. This fee covers a new motor, spring kit, and any other parts that may need replacement.
