IMPORTANT: Please do not use UPS to send packages to us. Unfortunately, their service in Ibiza is very unreliable. We strongly recommend using another courier company.

We'd like to remind you that we do not provide individual tracking for packages. Each customer is responsible for tracking their own order using the tracking number provided at the time of shipment.
