· How is the procedure to purchase a machine?

· Since I made the payment, how long do I have to wait to receive my machine?

MACHINE SETTING

· Why do you need my Instagram account?

The machines are regulated based on the work of each tattoo artist, so that as soon as you receive it you can start using it. Apart from asking you to tell us for what type of line you want the machine, it is important that you give us an account where your work appears and thus regulate your machine as personalized as possible. This is not excuding, there are tattoo artists who do not use social networks and although it is rare, we understand it :)

Another thing that usually tells us a lot about this point is that their work on Instagram is not the type of work they want to do with the machine; no problem! You clarify it by sending us your information and that's it.

· How is the machine regulated?

All machines are shipped based on a small questionnaire that we carry out at the time of purchase, find it here >SHOPPING. Your machine will be regulated to your liking, we will take into account the type of needles with which you tattoo, if you want it with or without sound, if you work fast or slow, etc. So you do not have to worry about the regulation since you will receive it personalized for you and ready to use.

· What do I do if my machine is deregulated?

· What kind of jobs is this machine for?

LINER: With this machine you can make all kinds of lines, from 5RL to 18RL although many people use it for 3RL as well. All machines regulated for lines of 9RL or more, can be used as shaders. The thicker the lines you make, the larger the magnum you can use; for example, a machine regulated for lines of 9-11rl could also be used with a magnum of 9 and a machine regulated for lines of 11-14 with a magnum of 11 and so on. To use the machine as a color packer, you just have to bring the Voltz down, between 5.5/5.9 Voltz.

SHADER: It is used for Magnum from 9 to 49, special to do solid works, for those who like to paint in a single pass. It also serves to make lines, especially thick ones, just by lowering the voltage; you can also do stippling, oriental funds, black outs, etc.

· Can I use the Liner to tattoo from 5RL to 18RL?

Yes, this machine could be used from 5 to 18 rl, we send the machines as the tattooer requirements based on the form. If you want to change the stroke you would need to adjust iy. The longer the stroke, the harder the machine will hit. So you will be able to do ticker lines; and the shorter the stroke the machine will hit softer, so you will do thinner lines. To adjust the stroke you will only need to turn the "top screw" (turn it clockwise, the machine will hit softer/ anticlockwise will hit harder). WARRANTY

· Do the machines have a warranty? If so, how does it work?

Once we were asked if the machines had a lifetime guarantee and this question caused us a lot of grace and tenderness at the same time. It all depends on how long we live, but we intend to support our buyers ALWAYS, since one of our greatest interests is that they are comfortable with the machine.

The free guarantee ends after three years since you bought it (you only pay shipping costs). After this time, the repairs are paid.

Again we ask for your patience, in most cases the service is free, we only ask you to pay for the shipping both outward and return.

The machines that are sent to repair or set are completely disassembled and all the necessary parts are changed to make them work properly again; then it is set again for you.

· ¿Cómo es el procedimiento de pago para adquirir una máquina?

Para iniciar con el proceso de compra, primero debes completar el formulario de compra seleccionando la opción de la máquina que quieres (Liner o Shader) > CLICK AQUÍ!; una vez enviado, te responderemos lo antes posible para proseguir con la compra. 

· Desde que realizo el pago, ¿cuánto tiempo tengo que esperar para recibir mi máquina?

Suele demorar de uno a dos días que se acredite el pago; una vez que lo recibimos, esa misma semana se regulan y empaquetan todos los pedidos (si el pago se acredita un fin de semana, el Martes siguiente tu pedido se pondrá en marcha).  En resumen, intentamos demorar no más de una semana en hacer los envíos, luego depende de donde vivas, cuánto demore DHL en hacerte llegar tu paquete.  Ten paciencia. No somos muy fans de decir los días que puede llegar a demorar tu máquina en llegar, pero sabemos que a todos les gusta tener una idea aproximada, así que aquí va:

*Dentro de España: 7 días.

*Dentro de la Unión Europea: 10 días.

*Fuera de la Unión Europea: de 15 a 20 días dependiendo el destino. Esto suele variar, ha habido envíos a Estados Unidos que llegaron a destino en menos de una semana. Pero preferimos decir que son más días así no se impacientan :)

REGULADO DE LA MÁQUINA

· ¿Por qué necesitan mi cuenta de Instagram?

Las máquinas son reguladas en base al trabajo de cada tatuador, para que apenas la recibas ya puedas comenzar a usarla. Aparte de pedirte que nos digas para qué tipo de línea quieres la máquina, es importante que nos des una cuenta donde aparezcan tus trabajos y así regular tu máquina lo más personalizada posible. Esto no es excluyente, hay tatuadores que no usan redes sociales y aunque es raro, lo entendemos :)

Otra cosa que suelen decirnos mucho respecto a este punto, es que sus trabajos en Instagram no son el tipo de trabajos que quieren realizar con la máquina; ¡no hay problema! Lo aclaras al enviarnos tu información y listo.

· ¿Cómo se regula la máquina?

Todas las máquinas las enviamos basándonos en un pequeño cuestionario que realizamos en el momento de la compra, lo encuentras en >SHOPPING. Tu máquina irá regulada a tu gusto, tendremos en cuenta el tipo de agujas con el que tatúas, si la quieres con o sin sonido, si trabajas rápido o lento, etc. Así que no tienes que preocuparte por el regulado ya que la recibirás personalizada para tí y lista para usar.

· ¿Qué hago si se desregula mi máquina?

3) Si nada de esto funciona, puedes enviar tu máquina GRATIS!! para que sea regulada nuevamente, haz Click aquí.

· ¿Para qué tipo de trabajos sirve esta máquina?

LINER: Con esta máquina podrás hacer todo tipo de lineas, desde 5RL a 18RL aunque mucha gente la usa para 3RL también. Todas las máquinas reguladas para línea de 9RL o mas, pueden ser usadas como shader. Cuanto más gruesas sean las lineas que hagas, más grande será el magnum que podrás usar; por ejemplo una maquina regulada para linea de 9-11rl podría también ser usada con magnum de 9 y una máquina regulada para linea de 11-14 con magnum de 11 y así sucesivamente. Para usar la máquina como shader, tienes que bajar el voltaje entre 5.5/5.9 Voltz.

SHADER: Sirve para Magnum de 9 a 49, especial para hacer trabajos sólidos, para los que les gusta pintar de una sola pasada. También sirve para hacer líneas, sobre todo gruesas, sólo bajandole el voltaje; puedes hacer stippling, fondos orientales, black outs, etc.

· ¿Puedo usar el Liner para tirar líneas de 5RL a 18RL?

Sí, esta máquina puede usarse para tatuar en todo el rango comprendido entre 5 y 18 sin problemas. Enviamos las máquinas reguladas para el grupo de líneas que especifiques en el formulario de compra que va desde 5-7 / 7-11 / 11-14 / 14-18. Esto significa que vas a recibir una máquina preparada para trabajar en ese rango, en caso de querer cambiarlo a otro grupo, podrás hacerlo mediante el "top screw" que se encuentra en tu máquina de tatuar, encontrarás estas explicaciones en la "guía de usuario" que recibirás junto con tu máquina, aunque si eres más del vídeo aquí hay tutorial para tí > TUTORIAL

GARANTÍA

· ¿Las máquinas tienen garantía? Si es así ¿cómo funciona?

Una vez nos preguntaron si las máquinas tenían garantía de por vida y esta pregunta nos causó mucha gracia y ternura a la vez. Todo depende cuánto tiempo vivamos, pero pretendemos dar respaldo a nuestros compradores SIEMPRE, ya que uno de nuestros mayores intereses es que estén a gusto con la máquina y que la sigan usando.

La garantía gratuita de la máquina se termina a los tres años de haberla comprado (solo pagas gastos de envío). Pasado este tiempo, las reparaciones se pagan.

Las máquinas enviadas a reparar o regular se desmontan por completo y se les cambian todas las partes que sean necesarias para que vuelva a funcionar correctamente; luego es regulada nuevamente para tí.
