Unlike the other machines listed in this section, these Mudrâ pen units do not have any paint or aesthetic defects.
The reason why they are priced lower is purely due to the sound they make.
The mechanism inside these machines is not very complex, but during assembly some units ended up with a slightly different, and louder, operating sound. It's as if the mechanism is a bit tighter or looser than usual, and that results in a noise that personally doesn't fully convince me.
In terms of performance, they work exactly the same as the rest.
I even expect that with use, the sound may naturally decrease over time as the internal parts settle in, just like with any pen-style machine.
As with all our Mudrâ pens, they come with a full 2-year warranty.
