How to send your machine for repair

1) Prepare the shipment
Place your machine securely inside a box. Please include a note with your full name and Instagram account inside the package and €50 in cash to cover the return shipping.

2) Ship the machine using your postal or courier service to:

To avoid customs issues, please send the machine as a GIFT and declare it as an USED ENGRAVING MACHINE with a declared value of €15.

3) IMPORTANT – Complete the repair form
Once you have shipped your machine, it is essential that you complete the repair form below.
Without this information, we cannot properly identify or track your machine, and it may get mixed up with other machines or experience delays in the repair process.

If your warranty has expired (after 3 years), please include €90 with your machine. This fee covers a new motor, spring kit, and any other parts that may need replacement.
