1) Prepare the shipping: put your machine into a box with €50 inside for return shipment, also put your name and Instagram account.

2) To avoid custom problems, send the machine as a GIFT, put it's an USED ENGRAVING MACHINE with a value of €15.

3) Send the machine: as a first option, use the official mail of your country.

If your warranty has expired (after 3 years), please include €80 with your machine. This fee covers a new motor, spring kit, and any other parts that may need replacement.
