REPAIRS/REPARACIONES

All machines are cover for full warranty so if you think your machine needs to be tuned or fixed, please follow these instructions:

1) Send the machine to:

IMPORTANT!! SOME CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE SHIPPING:

* For safety reasons, please send us the machine into a hard box, well held, to avoid breakage or blows that damage the engine.

* Add the shipping value into the box (€15 Spain / €25 in UE / €35 out UE / €60 USA, Australia, Japan, UK). So we can return you the machine.

* Please, we recommend you to use the official mail service of your country, the rest of services like UPS, mrw, FedEx, DHL, ETC, they do not deliver to PO boxes. In case you can only send through one of these companies, we ask you to track the package and once it is in Spain, write to us hey@martinpintospintos.com or martinpintospintos@gmail.com to collect it.

*If you send the machine from FRANCE, please send the package through DHL because Colissimo works with SEUR and SEUR doesn't work well here in Ibiza.

*  IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION:

-Don't send the machine as a tattoo machine, send it as a "engraving machine".
If you do not follow these instructions, the machine will be stuck in customs, AND WE WON'T PERFORM THE APPROPRIATE CUSTOMS PROCEDURES, therefore you will receive the package back.

- NEVER insure the shipment, any problem there may be, we will take responsibility.

-Send your machine AS A GIFT.

-Put a value of €50.

2) Once you send us the machine, I need this info:

ONCE YOUR MACHINE IS REPAIRED, WE WILL WRITE YOU TO THE MAIL THAT YOU LEAVE US HERE TO NOTIFY YOU, BE ATTENTIVE AND CHECK THE SPAM. AND PLEASE, BE PATIENT :) WE ARE NOT BOOTS. 

Todas las máquinas cuentan con garantía total, si crees que tu máquina necesita ser regulada o reparada, por favor sigue estas instrucciones:

IMPORTANTE!! ALGUNAS CONSIDERACIONES ANTES DE REALIZAR EL ENVÍO:

*Por razones de seguridad, envía tu máquina en una caja resistente, asegurate que quede bien sujeta y evitar así golpes que pueden dañar el motor.

*Dentro de la caja junto con la máquina, debes añadir el coste en efectivo del envío (€15 España / €25 Union Europea / €35 fuera UE / €60 USA, Australia, Japón, UK) y tu nombre completo tal como me lo indiques aquí.

*Te recomendamos usar el correo oficial de tu país, ya que el resto de los servicios postales como mrw, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc, no entregan en apartados de correo. En caso que únicamente puedas enviar a través de alguna de estas compañías, te pedimos que realices el seguimiento del paquete y una vez que éste se encuentre en España nos escribas a hey@martinpintospintos.com o martinpintospintos@gmail.com para poder recogerlo.

*Si envías la máquina desde FRANCIA, por favor envía el paquete a través de DHL, ya que Colissimo trabaja con SEUR, y SEUR no trabaja bien aquí en Ibiza.

* SI ESTÁS FUERA DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA:

-No pongas que es una máquina de tatuar, pón que es una "máquina de gravados".
Si no sigues estas instrucciones, la máquina quedará atascada en aduanas, y nosotros NO REALIZAREMOS LOS TRÁMITES ADUANEROS CORRESPONDIENTES, por tanto se devolverá el paquete.

-NUNCA asegures el envío, cualquier problema que pueda haber, nosotros responderemos.

-Envía tu máquina COMO REGALO.

-Pónle un valor de €50.

2) Una vez que envíes tu máquina, completa esta información:

UNA VEZ REPARADA TU MÁQUINA, TE ESCRIBIREMOS AL CORREO QUE NOS DEJES AQUÍ PARA AVISARTE, ESTATE ATENTO Y CHEQUEA EL CORREO NO DESEADO. AH, Y TEN PACIENCIA :) NO SOMOS ROBOTS.
